Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records for the project.
- Process payments and maintain supporting documentation.
- Monitor project expenditure against approved budgets.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with donor and organizational financial procedures.
- Support budget development and forecasting.
- Maintain asset and inventory records.
- Prepare documentation for audits and donor reviews.
- Support financial capacity strengthening of project staff.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
- Professional qualification (ICAN, ACCA, ANAN) is an advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in NGO finance management.
- Experience managing donor-funded grants.
- Strong knowledge of Excel and accounting systems.
