About the role

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and forward-thinking AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy cutting-edge artificial intelligence models and applications. In this role, you will bridge the gap between data science and software engineering, turning machine learning prototypes into scalable, production-ready systems. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, product managers, and software engineers to integrate AI capabilities into our core products.

What you'll do

• • Model Development: Design, train, and fine-tune machine learning models, deep learning architectures, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• • System Integration: Deploy AI models into production environments and integrate them via APIs with existing software architectures.
• • Data Pipeline Construction: Collaborate with data engineers to build, optimize, and maintain scalable data pipelines for training and inference.
• • Performance Optimization: Optimize AI models and algorithms for speed, scalability, and resource efficiency.
• • Research & Innovation: Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning frameworks, and NLP/computer vision techniques to implement best practices.
• • Monitoring & Maintenance: Monitor production model performance, track drift, and implement continuous retraining loops.

What you'll bring

• Required Skills & Qualifications
• • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
• • Programming: Proficient in Python (highly critical), C++, or Java.
• • AI/ML Frameworks: Deep experience with frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
• • GenAI Ecosystem: Familiarity with LLM development tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Chroma, Milvus).
• • Cloud & DevOps: Experience deploying models on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) using containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• • Software Engineering: Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), Git version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
